What I liked most about the program was the ease of access to the material. I feel the format you provide and having it available for a full year really allows the players to dive into their mental well-being regardless of mental maturity or stage of growth they currently are in. The feedback from the girls has been extremely positive. They now understand the importance of the mental aspect of sport and truly believe this will elevate their game.
