Diversity and Inclusion Training

The Mental Toughness Academy  provides a - Diversity and Inclusion Training (DIT) - program for those who aspire to be proactive in learning and leading cultural change within themselves, their team, organization and community.

The goal of the program is to unite and empower individuals so they can be very important agents of change against any form of discrimination towards a person or group of people.

The results are the creation of long-lasting and impactful changes both internally and within a person’s circle of influence.

With today’s challenging times this DIT program is designed with flexibility. Essentially you can incorporate it into your or your organization’s schedule as it suits you best. For example, it’s offered in the following formats:

  • Full-day workshops, Half-day workshops or Daily one-hour workshops

It can be delivered in person or entirely online through live webinars, videos, reading and online activities and discussions with Coach Gad and other participants.
