Why This System was built

Before pickleball, I spent 10 years as a professional soccer player and then 20 years as a mental performance coach helping athletes train their mindset at elite levels.

I saw the same pattern again and again:

This system isn’t theoretical.

It was born from real competition, real results, and real transformations — in all kinds of competitive sport environments.

My athletes have won 7 Olympic medals, national championships, state and provincial titles in hockey, baseball and soccer - and now it's happening with pickleball.

I didn’t start as a natural pickleball player.
In fact, I had no racquet sport experience when I began.

But within three years — by applying the performance mindset strategies I teach — I became a Senior Pro pickleball player.
