Every day your members will receive a 'spotlight' of how someone from a visible minority has positively contributed to society. Your members check-in daily by participating in a quiz based on the spotlighted individual, this embeds the learning and provokes conversation. This quiz can be tied to a team goal, milestone and or reward. There is an anonymous incident report screen where players and/or family members can report incidents of discrimination without having to fear negative repercussions to them or their child. Finally, your organization will get regular reports highlighting engagement levels in the different components, this will aid in making powerful calculated decisions that will drive future progress.
