Laura (she/her) is a proud member of the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan which resides on unceded territory in the province of Ontario, Canada. Hi, I'm Gad Espinosa

I'm a certified Mental Performance Coach, Diversity Coach, author, speaker and founder of the Mental Toughness Academy. I've been interviewed in numerous newspapers, radio shows and podcasts.

I'm also a former professional athlete, who has represented his country internationally.

 

As a member of a visible minority, I've personally gone through and overcome stereotypes and bias’ in my athletic and corporate working environment. These experiences prompted me to be an activist of social change.

My initiatives include starting EDI educational programs for universities, professional athletic organizations, school boards as well as having worked with Adidas, Reebok, Gatorade to name a few corporate clients.

I like to focus on building individuals' mental-strength components for social change leadership.

I’m passionate about helping individuals find higher levels of conscious sensitivity so as to embrace equality, diversity and inclusion for overall well-being.
